Just because you are eating low in fat meals does not mean that they should taste bad either. Alternate the intensity every two minutes during the walk. Follow your walk with a healthy combination of fruit, vegetables and grains. This will have your body burning fat long after your walk. Try to walk for an hour every day but start out slow if you are just beginning. Do what you can because any walking is better than not walking at all.
